This Opportunity:
Our Water Resources Practice is looking for a talented Senior Engineer - Water Resources!
This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the following states: Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Texas
Key project areas include Inflow & Infiltration Analysis, Storm/Sanitary Sewer Asset Management, Flood Risk Management, Water Resources Planning and Design, and Stormwater Engineering
Lead and provide technical expertise on stormwater and sanitary sewer hydraulic projects, including field data collection, analysis, design, and construction implementation
Oversee the development and implementation of monitoring and modeling programs, interpret field data, and guide design and construction efforts
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner throughout project planning, execution, and post-completion support
Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams for a diverse range of clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, participate in client interviews, and assist with project team selection to ensure successful project outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
Licensed Professional Engineer or the ability of obtaining within six months
Proven project management experience and client interaction.
Proficiency in hydraulic modeling using software such as InfoWorks ICM, PCSWMM, or HEC-RAS.
Experience managing the design and construction phases of sewer system rehabilitation or related water resources projects.
