About the role

As the Laundry Worker 2 for Auxiliary Facilities Services , you will work under general supervision to lead subordinate laundry workers on a regular basis or take primary responsibility for coordinating and completing laundry activities. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 , the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Required Qualifications: Six months of experience as a Laundry Worker 1 or equivalent, in a large commercial or large institutional laundry. Completion of a training course in laundry operations may substitute for three months of required experience; OR equivalent education/experience. Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver's license and meet requirements in accordance with SPPM 7.10 and departmental driving standards.
