Sales Engineer

About the role

Carry out sales and after-market service activities for PKG end-user customers, contributing to market share growth and improved customer satisfaction through strong customer relationships. Support business growth by collecting market intelligence, providing technical support, and making regular customer visits, while helping achieve strategic goals through teamwork. Plans sales campaigns through the establishment of sales territories and sales quotas/goals. Develop the specific sales and after market service for products sold in the market. Gather market intelligence including competitor information and pirates activities, and report to management. Conducts a Lab. test to meet the customer's requirement on application. Provide sufficient technical service to customers. Assists PKG team with general affairs & paper job. Maintain good customer relationship.
