A DAY IN THE LIFE Lead Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, craft, and subs; set direction and coach Own field safety-enforce regulations, lead orientations/JHAs, manage lifts/DOT/telehandlers, and incidents Plan/schedule labor, equipment, materials, and subs to hit productivity and cost targets Track field cost/schedule vs. estimates; flag risks/variances and resolve issues quickly with the Site Manager Drive quality to the Project Quality Plan and Blattner standards; set specs/craftsmanship expectations for craft and subcontractors Partner with the Site Manager and other superintendents, support owner communications/negotiations
