Job Description Summary Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the CEE program activities, including backstopping and assist the Senior officer in tracking and monitoring existing and upcoming CEE program as well as to update program and reports Job Description: Coordinate and communicate with operational parties in implementing the CEE program Make a schedule of CEE program activity plans and the company's annual work plan Conduct a needs assessment for the CEE program using the Sustainable Livelihood Assessment (SLA) approach and/or other equivalent methodologies as needed Collect and compile program databases and village databases for the purposes of compiling and reporting the CEE program Become a facilitator in group mentoring Prepare routine reports on the achievements of the CEE program every month which are submitted to the head of CEE and unit heads (manager and RC) Assist operational for the preparation of reports needed for internal and external purposes Monitor and evaluate the CEE program on a semi-annual and annual basis Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Social Economics or other relevant fields of study Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience Certified or proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Experience in the plantation or agriculture industry is preferred Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills Willing to be placed at the Head Office in Jakarta "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
