3-5 years relevant experience required, bachelor's degree in business a plus.
Working knowledge of forecasting, data analysis, customer billing, and AR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, graphs). Experience with Power BI a plus.
Excellent communication skills collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and timely execution of responsibilities.

Job Description Summary
Position Objective:
The Billing & Sales Analyst is responsible for managing the revenue forecast, creating customer billing summaries, and maintaining AR reporting. This person will act as a liaison between outside sales, project coordinators and the collections team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
Position Responsibilities:
Update weekly sales forecast and research contract discrepancies.
Address customer billing inquiries and provide detailed billing summaries.
Consult with tax group regarding customer exemption requests.
Create summarized accounts receivable report, collaborate with collections and sales regarding outstanding issues.
Manage credit reporting process and present to leadership.
Learn the proprietary profitability tool to provide back-up for the profitability analyst when needed.
Oversee equipment transfers between Sunbelt companies; receive transferred equipment and generate internal invoices between US, Canada and the Bahamas.
Interact directly with stakeholders in accounting, sales, and operations to create process efficiencies.
Additional ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager.
