About You You will have experience supporting individuals in health, social care, or substance misuse services and a genuine passion for helping people make positive changes. You'll be confident engaging with a wide range of individuals, able to build trusting relationships, and comfortable delivering both one-to-one and group interventions. You will also: Have a relevant qualification in health, social care, counselling, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Have knowledge of substance misuse, recovery approaches, and client-centred support. Be organised with strong record-keeping and IT skills.
