Vancouver Clinic is seeking WA State credentialed MA-Phlebotomists for both Full Time and Part Time Float positions who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and high-quality patient care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and will require floating to various locations. As a professional representative of the laboratory, the phlebotomist plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience. Primary responsibilities include performing venipuncture collection, handling and processing specimens, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to support positive outcomes. A strong understanding of department procedures, as well as computerized EMR and Lab Information Systems, is essential. Multiple Schedules Available: Full Time - 40 hours per week Part Time - 30 hours per week Float shifts are typically scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:45 AM and 6:00 PM, and include a rotating Saturday shift, 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM , and can be in either Washington or Oregon locations. Hiring Range: $22.25-$27.45 per hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Differentials: Float $3.00/hr, Saturday $2.56/hr
