Product Owner

Responsibilities

• C oordinate and execute detailed requirements g athering & documentation for one/more assigned products .
• Review and refine a backlog of requirements using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Lead and facilitate all a gile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• You are the SME in this role, providing knowledge and expertise in this busines s area/product
• Create and deliver communications throughout the development cycle to stakeholders at all levels, including release planning content, feature/story-level acceptance criteria new/modified functionality overviews, user guides, and release notes .
• Own product quality and performance through consistent deliver y
• What we need from you:
• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Finance, Acc ounting, Business or applicable experience.
• 5+ years' experience with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines
• Financial Services experience, preferably FinTech experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
• Experience with Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
• Demonstratable experience using AI tooling for product design, strategy and software testing

• Demonstrated leadership experience as a team lead or similar role.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. As the needs of our clients change, we need to be flexible to change with them.
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project-based environment within a lean team.
• Capacity to work within complex systems and large data sets.

• The base salary pay for this role is $125,000 - $140,000 per year.
• This position will also be eligible to earn a discretionary bonus each year, subject to company approval.
