Responsibilities

- Prepares and administers performance evaluations and salary activity. Functions as first level of communication regarding production and/or associate related situations.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager/Director and supervises team of professionals.
- Typical Skills and Experiences:
- Education: Undergraduate studies and/or studies toward related insurance designation preferred.
- Experience: Seven years of experience in related field; five years of experience with undergraduate studies.
- Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
- Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager's leader and Human Resources Business Partner.
