Requirements

• Senior SAP Finance SME with extensive years of experience, including deep ECC and S/4HANA Finance expertise and a strong track record delivering large, complex ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation programs
• Proven ability to lead business discussions, manage delivery scope and estimates, plan and guide functional teams, and influence wider finance stakeholders to ensure successful ERP outcomes and value delivery
• Strong integration and architecture capability across on‑premise, cloud, and legacy systems, with up-to-date knowledge of ERP, finance applications, and next‑generation technologies, and the ability to drive simplification and unified design across multiple businesses and ERPs
• Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on business value realization
• Ability to shape, articulate, and deliver technology‑enabled visions into successful business outcomes
• Gravitas and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior Finance stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills, particularly with Finance process owners and Design Authorities

Your role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing team within the Finance & Tax Competency as Functional Consultant SME - ERP Finance & Tax. This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for delivering Next-Gen SAP S4 HANA functional solutions in a complex ERP environment. The functional consultant - S4 HANA Finance SME (subject matter expert) will be accountable for the solution delivery of all S4 HANA Finance & Tax projects/use cases for business, working along with natural team such as S4 HANA Finance Product Managers, Solution Architects, Functional Analysts and business process owners/users to ensure robust solutions are built and deployed in the optimal manner What we need from you Key Accountabilities Very Strong SAP and S/4 HANA Finance implementation experience with expertise in Finance and Tax areas.
