Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Vice President of Sales in the region, the Associate Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading retail branch operations across Northern, BC. Requirements

Proven ability to lead and develop teams.

Experience managing operational teams, multi-branch or multi-site oversight.

10 years of insurance experience with at least 4 years of leadership experience required.

Level 2 Insurance License or greater.

Demonstrated success in driving sales results as well as operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and drive operational performance.

Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting.

Ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Proficiency in communication and conflict resolution.

Experience in developing and implementing customer-centric operational strategies.

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
