Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex client expectations.
  • Strong business acumen paired with advanced technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Exceptional communication and presence, with the ability to articulate complex ideas with confidence , to both internal and external stakeholders .
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in an environment that demands "Collaborative Lateral Thinking."

Our team is currently expanding into key markets including New York, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. Role Overview: The Director is a pivotal leadership role requiring a blend of technical mastery and strategic business acumen. You will oversee project workstreams, manage project teams, and act as a primary point of contact for clients. Value Proposition: This is a unique opportunity to build out a practice in expanding offices (including NY, DC and Chicago ) and influence the team's culture and capabilities from the ground up. You will have direct exposure to diverse, challenging projects with significant business and legal impact. Ideally this role will be hybrid based out of one of our locations; however, remote locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis .
