Who You'll Work With This role reports to the Divisional Vice President aligned to the designated office. The District Office Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Division Vice President, manage office logistics, and coordinate schedules and reporting. Also, the role will ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication and clear policy guidance.

Responsibilities

  • As a District Office Coordinator (DOC) you will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Support Division Vice President(s) with correspondence, presentation materials, and other administrative functions
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the division office, including mail, supplies, and sales literature
  • Manage the Division Vice President's schedule and make appropriate travel arrangements
  • Maintain Division compliance files and logs
  • Prepare and process the Division Vice President's expense reports
  • Create and distribute statistical reports tracking financial professionals' progress on assigned goals
  • Provide loyalty-building service to clients by answering incoming phone calls/requests/emails
  • Communicate policy information and company procedures effectively to all clients
  • This position will not perform selling duties or advise clients
  • This is an in-person role.

Requirements

  • Action oriented, high energy, personable, empathetic, demeanor with the desire to help our clients
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • An individual with a HS Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce software
  • Experience in or interest in the Financial Services industry
