- This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $94,000 - $140,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities

Our Impact: Detecting, evaluating, and managing credit risk associated with loans in the multifamily portfolio being monitored on the Watchlist Escalating loans that require heightened monitoring beyond Watchlist placement to our High-Risk Surveillance team or Asset Resolution Assessing loan-level risk through analysis of operating statements and evaluating property, market, borrower, and property management Monitoring and analyzing loan performance for loans designated for credit risk transfer requiring collaboration with Capital Markets, Seller/Servicers, and other teams within Freddie Mac Multifamily
