Job Summary: Delivering exceptional client service, managing high-net-worth portfolios, and providing tailored financial solutions to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary trusted advisor for high-net-worth customers, delivering holistic financial solutions covering wealth accumulation, preservation, and succession planning.
  • Achieving agreed financial and non-financial KPIs, including fee income, AUM expansion, increased product holdings per client, acquisition and retention of target clients, and improvement in service standards.
  • Proactively manage a defined HNW client portfolio, conducting regular reviews to identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities aligned with client's needs and risk profiles.
  • Adhere to internal controls standards and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
  • Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE are required
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in handling affluent customers
  • Good command of MS Office and computer skills.
  • Preferably with CFA or CFP qualifications
  • Possess qualifications of ECF-RWM would be an advantage
  • Strong sales driven and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
