You set the tone for teamwork, safety, and customer service. Your key contributions will include: Safe operations and decision making: Taking command of the vessel and using sound judgement to protect the crew, the environment, and the vessel at all times. Planning and executing safe towage operations, ensuring the vessel remains seaworthy and properly resourced, and upholding strong navigational and operational standards. Crew leadership and development: Fostering a respective, inclusive, and supportive onboard environment where crew members learn, contribute, and grow. Encouraging open communication and strong engagement in safety and operations. Operational delivery and customer focus: Providing reliable and efficient towage services, maintaining high operational standards, and representing Svitzer professionally with customers and port stakeholders.
