Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service
Answer phones and assist with questions regarding memberships, programs, and facility services
Process memberships, registrations, and retail transactions
Support day-to-day front desk operations and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Help create a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for members and visitors
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, recreation, or fitness settings is helpful, but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic computer proficiency
Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Schedule: PRN as needed, Variable shifts and hours.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

This PRN position primarily supports the following shifts:
Wednesdays: 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Saturdays: 6:45 AM - 1:30 PM or 1:00 PM - 7:15 PM
Sundays: 6:45 AM - 1:30 PM or 1:00 PM - 7:15 PM
