Requirements

We are seeking Technician to Engineering Assistant's to support engineering qualification, reliability testing, and failure analysis activities in MNC environment . This role is ideal for fresh diploma graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment. Job Responsibilities Execute package qualification, reliability assessment, and engineering evaluation activities. Coordinate logistics and support operational activities within the engineering team. Perform electrical testing, Confocal Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (CSAM), and visual inspections. Conduct failure verification and assist in root cause investigations. Support engineers in data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
