You will be heading the Engineering part of the Cybersecurity function with our Project Cybersecurity Leads, Engineers and Risk Assessment Engineers. They are deeply involved in project execution, tendering and other various development activities. Your task is to support, guide, strengthen and empower the team and you will work with other managers across HVDC to ensure the right and relevant tasks and Divisions of Work for the team
Responsibilities
- Support the team in their day-to-day activities.
- Ensure relevant involvement in all projects at HVDC (Customer and R&D).
- Ensure the team has all the tools and applications needed to support the tasks.
- Participating in Project Reviews were necessary.
- As Cybersecurity Engineering manager you will be able to answer most questions regarding Technology, best-practice, Laws, Standards and Directives.
- For ongoing tenders, you will be involved in contractual and legal discussions for cybersecurity related questions together with our contract managers and legal specialists and counsels.
- Your background
- You have documented experience from leading positions such as team leader and/or Project Management.
- Knowledge of one or more critical infrastructure regulations such as NIS/NIS2, NERC-CIP.
- Knowledge regarding one or more protective security laws such as the Swedish Protective Security Act, National Security Act (UK) and more.
- Knowledge and experience from cybersecurity/information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, IEC62443, NIST CSF,
- You are an engaged person who thrives in a constantly changing environment and enjoys collaboration with employees, peers and beyond.
- As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluency in English is required.
