Within the Consumer Marketing team, the Performance Marketing team is responsible for driving multimillion-dollar traffic acquisition campaigns aimed at strengthening our position as a top online car shopping website. We're looking for a curious, highly analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join our team to support our International Mid-Funnel growth. This role is centered on the operational execution and data integrity of our Mid-Funnel strategy, defined as campaigns that drive high-intent traffic to the site and app to ultimately submit qualified leads. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management, trafficking, and performance analysis of campaigns across both US and high-growth international markets on video-based channels including Google (YouTube, DemandGen), Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, and other social platforms. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their digital marketing career. It requires a blend of operational rigor, quantitative interest, and collaboration. You will be supported by senior team members to learn complex ad technology platforms and help ensure every marketing dollar is accurately tracked.
