Assist with processing payroll for international employees in 12 countries and ensure timely payroll funding.
Serve as a primary point of contact for international payroll vendors and assist with payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.
Review and maintain payroll and employee data for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare journal entries and post transactions into the accounting system.
Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
Support audits and reporting requests by providing accurate payroll and accounting records.
Partner with internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure smooth processing and timely communication.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Knowledge of payroll and accounting systems.
Strong Excel skills, including knowledge of VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Understanding of payroll accounting and journal entry preparation.
International payroll experience preferred.
Reliable, proactive, and self-managed with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with multinational or international payroll operations.
Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting systems.
Prior experience supporting payroll reconciliations and financial reporting.
