Manage full-cycle recruitment across retail functions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination.
Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, offering guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation, using tools like Workday.
Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners by understanding team needs and aligning on candidate profiles for both creative and operational roles.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, guiding candidates through each stage with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate records and data integrity across recruitment systems to support compliance and streamline processes.
Contribute to sourcing strategy by using creative outreach techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple job families.
Assist with high-volume hiring needs, identifying and engaging candidates to support team and business growth.
You'll Need to Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast-paced, competitive talent market
Experience recruiting for roles within Retail, or Corporate sectors
Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing
Sourcing in the DACH Regions will be an advantage
