Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication, welding, and structural repairs on hook trucks, roll-off trucks, and other solid waste and heavy-duty vehicles

- Extensive shop tools and equipment are available on-site for shared use
- Monthly $125 tool allowance provided to support tool maintenance and growth
- Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of items over 50 pounds
- Regular climbing, bending, and working in confined or awkward positions
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, vibration, and outdoor weather conditions
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, depending on operational needs
- Use of PPE is required at all times
- Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience in fabrication, welding, diesel repair, or heavy equipment maintenance
- Experience working on trucks, trailers, or heavy industrial equipment strongly preferred
- Proficiency with multiple welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to operate hand and power tools (saws, grinders, calipers, measuring tools)
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- CDL is a plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for safe and accurate job performance
