Prepare and edit reports, memos, letters, and other documents as requested, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries. Liaise with internal staff at all levels as well as state, MCO, and other high level officials.
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications such as memos, fax submissions, and reports.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel and events and compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
Coordinate and direct office services, maintain office supply inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; evaluate new office products; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies.
Maintain confidence and protect executive operations by keeping all information confidential.
Conduct research as requested, using the Internet and other resources; compile and create statistical reports.
Maintain positive working relationships within the communities served, including individuals, families, team members, other staff, monitoring and licensing agencies, organizations, and funders, both internally and externally.
Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain certification in all agency, state and federal training requirements.
Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas.
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.
Demonstrate knowledge of technology and computer skills.
Serve as an instructor for Orientation and other trainings as assigned.
Drive or travel for agency business as requested.
