What does a System Administrator do for us? We are seeking an individual who enjoys solving complex technical problems, collaborating across teams, troubleshooting multi-system integrations, and thrives as a self-starter in dynamic, unstructured environments. As a member of the Grid Solutions team, the System Administrator will support high-visibility projects, compliance activities, and real-time operations technologies and their users. Their role will predominantly focus on supporting the Outage Management System (OMS), Switch Order Management (SOM), and model maintenance, while providing secondary support for the Energy Management System (EMS). These mission-critical applications are used to monitor and control the electric grid in real time. Additionally, this position will support Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) compliance activities, including asset management and monitoring, patching, baseline configuration, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
