With a catalogue of over 30,000 products, they support some of the country's largest construction businesses They are looking for a commercially astute and customer-focused Sales Support Team Leader to join their growing team based in Doncaster. This is an inbound role where you'll manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide advice and support to customers across a wide range of construction products. You'll work closely with the external sales team, suppliers, and customers to ensure every enquiry is handled efficiently and professionally. Most importantly, they are looking for someone who genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring the customer feels supported, valued, and confident they have the right solution.
