We are looking for a Head, Agency Program & Development who will be responsible for designing and leading end‑to‑end agency development strategies to strengthen sales capability, leadership pipeline, and long‑term performance, supporting sustainable agency growth. What are we expecting from this role? Design and execute agency growth and development strategies aligned with company objectives. Develop and lead a structured career development roadmap for the agency channel, covering quality recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention. Drive improvement in agent productivity, early‑stage performance, and long‑term sales outcomes. Build and sustain structured leadership development and succession pipelines within the agency channel. Oversee leadership development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and performance acceleration programs. Partner closely with Training, Sales, and Operations teams to enhance overall agency effectiveness. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards. Who is the right fit for this role? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in agency distribution, sales performance management, or life insurance. Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable in the life insurance industry.
