Responsible for preparing all information/reports for Customer Relationship Managers, act as a key resource for Customer Relationship Managers on marketing and administrative issues (follow-up on documentation, etc.) ensuring attention to detail with a keen eye for numbers. Act as a liaison person with internal and external partners and clients on matters related to group products, marketing and services by effectively handling inquiries. Required Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in administration or customer service within a business environment. Bilingual: French and English, is required.
