Assists in ordering and receiving all non-food items within the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring adequate par levels of inventory. Inspects equipment and ensures all equipment is in working order and up to Hard Rock safety and cleanliness standards; authorizes replacement parts for equipment in the food departments. Maintains open lines of communications with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage. Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned. Perform work regularly and predictably. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work and public spaces. Other duties as assigned
