Support the sales process by contributing to solution design and development for customer projects
Manage and help execute large, multi-functional, and multi-vendor service projects, including:
Laboratory relocations
Asset management programs
Facility inventories
Other CrossLab service solutions
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements
Coordinate with customers to define project requirements and implement tailored solutions
Support pricing and proposal development for customized project work
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors
Lead meetings, track progress, and maintain clear and accurate project documentation
Actively participate in on-site project delivery activities
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least:
5+ years of customer-facing field project management
Experience applying project management methodologies (formal training or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working directly with external customers
Experience using data tools or reporting systems to analyze and present information
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% or more, depending on project needs
PMP certification
Experience in laboratory environments, instrument service, or equipment maintenance
Familiarity with GMP and/or GLP environments
Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience
Experience managing project budgets, including quotes, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
Experience working with third-party service providers
Lean Six Sigma certification or training
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Project and data tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, SAP, Maximo, or similar systems)

This is a hands-on role that requires active engagement at customer sites across North Carolina and North America, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
