  • Collaborative and cross-functional, comfortable working closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams

You will define Escape's category position, crafting narrative and go-to-market strategies across both US and European markets. You Will: Develop impactful product messaging for Security Leaders and Engineers, translating technical features into compelling, value-based stories Own go-to-market strategies for new feature launches, collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing team to drive pipeline results Lead market and competitive research, sharpening Escape's positioning and informing product roadmap decisions Drive thought leadership initiatives, including speaking engagements (e.g., partner webinars) and high-impact content Build the sales enablement toolkit, designing pitch decks, battlecards, competitive comparisons, and one-pagers to ensure our commercial team excels Establish foundational PMM processes, playbooks, and strategies to scale and evolve with the company
