Job Description: General Description: Reporting to the National Sales Director BeOne Medicines Japan Regional Sales Manager will develop strategic & tactical plans and execute those plans to exceed sales goals. Responsible for the strategy and sales for the district, including hiring, resource planning and allocation, coaching Sales Representatives and overall performance management of their sales team. The Regional Sales Manager at BeOne Medicines Japan will lead a team of Sales Representatives. Supervisory Responsibilities: Recruit and hire Hematology Sales Representatives. Responsible for selecting and leading Hematology Sales Representatives. Responsible for coaching Sales Representatives as a direct report Leads as a content expert in the Hematology & Oncology marketplace. Develops a culture of continuous learning & development. Supports the Commercial Team with learning programs that are competency building for the long-term development of our employees. Challenges the status quo with training sessions that support their team in the areas of clear communication, advanced analytics and customer service. Develops real authentic relationships, with openness, vulnerability, and trust, with their team. Qualification Required: Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree 5 years Hematology & Oncology Experience (Preferred)
