This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Basic Qualifications: For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Developing policies, procedures, standards, and standard operations procedures (SOPs) to ensure information systems are developed and managed in accordance with Federal Information Security Modernization Act's (FISMA) confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements. Designing, developing, and/or managing systems that meet current and future requirements and enhance or optimize the existing architecture. Evaluating new technologies and making substantiated recommendations and/or business cases for implementation and adoption by the enterprise.
