Location: Austin, TX (in-office) Employment Type: Full-time, In-Office Department: Engineering Compensation: Top of market salary + equity As a Senior Salesforce Analyst / Administrator you will: This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business understanding with Salesforce technical expertise. You are declarative-first, but comfortable going deeper - working with integrations, data models, and light code when needed. As a Senior Salesforce Analyst, you'll act as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations, owning Salesforce workflows end-to-end and ensuring the platform scales with the business. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy and help continuously improve how Steadily uses Salesforce. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX or Kansas City, KS. Job Responsibilities: Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and process automation, following platform best practices. Maintain high-quality data by preventing duplicates, enforcing validation, and ensuring referential integrity across objects. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. Own changes from idea through production, following a defined DevOps process using GitHub Actions and SFDX-Hardis. Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user provisioning, permissions, page layouts, record types, and configuration changes. Investigate and resolve Salesforce support requests, balancing responsiveness with long-term system health. Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, usability, and data quality across the platform.
