Temporary Works Engineer

About the role

You will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers in order to deliver temporary works to deadline and specification. One of your strengths is your innovative design, coming up with creative solutions for our projects. You have solid knowledge of construction methodology and its impact on design and you are able to interpret and effectively communicate information of a complex nature to the team/s around you. What we need from you Must hold a BE in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant design or contracting experience; Knowledge of temporary works construction practices and constructability innovation techniques; Engineering design experience relevant to temporary works solutions Demonstrated experience with ground engineering techniques; Strong communication and interpersonal skills Clear, concise and efficient technical writing skills; A self driven approach with strong time-management; Proven knowledge of AutoCAD essential with knowledge in Sketchup, Wallap, Slope/W, Microstran and/or GRL Weap beneficial.
