Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall's activities
  • Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for mall's programs and CapitaLand various initiatives to drive sales
  • Manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions
  • Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of CapitaLand Malls
  • Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms
  • Proactively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall
  • Manage and supervise Digital Services Advocates

Requirements

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other relevant digital tools
  • Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Data-driven, results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Prior knowledge in AEM and SAP will be a plus
  • Prepared to work in a fast pace and dynamic retail environment
