Job Description Compliance Assurance Review Conduct regular compliance assurance review and testing on Anti-Financial C rime and regulatory compliance areas Collaborate with Business/Support Units to identify root causes of control identifies and support the development, implementation and tracking of corrective action plan s Analyse review outcomes to identify recurring issues, emerging trends and key risk areas, and escalate insights to management to support informed decision-making. Develop and maintain compliance assurance review methodolog ies and documentation to ensure consistency, quality and audit readiness. Compliance Strategy & Governance Support the Head of Compliance in the effective execution of compliance strategy and the day to day operations of the Compliance function. Provide administrative and governance support to the Compliance Department, including user access management, documents retention and internal approval workflows. Participate in compliance related initiatives and projects, management reporting, metrics preparation and other governance or management activities. Perform quality control reviews on compliance activities and deliverables to ensure adjerence to internal policies nnd regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting , Business Administration, Finance, Law or other relevant disciplines 3-5 years of relevant experience working in financial institutions, consultancy or regulatory authorities Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Strong analytical and problem solving skilld with high attention to details Holder of ECF on Compliance accredited by HKIB is required Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
