Oversee the entire workforce lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, transitions, and backfills.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage hiring processes from role identification through onboarding.
Maintain accurate headcount records across Demand Register, Position IDs, and workforce tracking systems.
Demand & Governance Management
Lead India role approvals via Demand Governance protocols and establish SLAs with AU stakeholders.
Ensure completeness and precision of Demand Register information, encompassing approvals, organizational alignment, role status, and funding classification.
Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and delays to Technology Leadership.
Financial & Commercial Management
Manage cross-charging, cost allocation, and time tracking using approved tools and purchase orders.
Assist with CTB budget monitoring, resource cost oversight, accruals, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with Finance and Procurement for prompt purchase order creation, extensions, and invoice processing.
Operational Hygiene & Reporting
Administer and govern operational artefacts such as weekly hiring/workforce reports, monthly metrics dashboards, leadership MIS, and governance documentation.
Guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and audit compliance across all reporting systems.
Risk, Compliance & Controls
Diligently manage operational risk through strict adherence to policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Support regulatory audits and periodic declarations as required.
Identify, escalate, and monitor risks, issues, and gaps in controls.
Leadership Enablement & Stakeholder Support
Deliver actionable insights and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
Organize leadership activities, including India visits, executive engagements, and major events.
Develop and implement colleague engagement, learning, and awareness programs.
