- Provide administrative, coordination support, and management across Enterprise Risk and Compliance activity.
- Support in the tracking and reporting on the delivery of our strategic initiatives, planning and execution of the combined ER&C teams workplan. Including tracking progress towards objectives and celebrating achieved outcomes.
- Asset Management - own and manage our team assets such as Data, Sharepoint, Inbox's, websites, Business Continuity Plans, functional collateral such as procedures, documentation and management of controls and issues, team processes etc.
- Supporting activity across vendors/suppliers, finance and People and Culture etc.
- Supporting the GM, in the operations of the broader team including managing team calendars, workplans, etc.
- Assisting with the team management, work in progress management, key governance deliverables, actions and administration.
- Assist with team operating model, team agendas, presentations, and documentation for team meetings.
- Maintaining files in an accurate and efficient manner.
- General office and administration support for the General Manager and Enterprise Risk and Compliance team.
- Your experience and qualifications
Requirements
- At least 4 years' prior experience in an administrative role (preferably in a regulatory affairs, risk and compliance or legal or company secretariat team)
- Experience managing calendars and logistics for executives or directors (preferably experience in supporting Board and committee calendars)
- Strong relationship skills Nice to have
- Project Management and document management skills.
- Experience in regulated environments and/or financial services.
