Responsibilities
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation and/or evolution and configuration of Oracle Cloud EPM applications including FCCS, EPBCS, EPMCS, EDMCS, Freeform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Manage the financial system integration process during acquisitions, ensuring accurate data migration and system harmonization.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define system requirements and create detailed implementation plans.
- Ensure that all financial processes and reporting requirements are accurately reflected in the system.
- System Maintenance and Support:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance as well as the monthly releases of the Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud EPM issues, working closely with Oracle support when needed.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze current financial processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Develop and implement best practices for the use of Oracle Cloud EPM in financial operations.
- Ensure that the financial system architecture supports scalability and future growth, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud EPM features and recommend their adoption to enhance system capabilities.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
