Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strategic and critical thinking in R2D transitions and Early Clinical Development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.

  • The base compensation range for this role is: $288,000.00-$407,000.00
  • Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

About This Role As the Executive Medical Director for Early Clinical Development in Immunology, you will provide scientific and strategic leadership while overseeing Early Development asset-specific programs within the Multiple Sclerosis and Immunology Development Unit (MSIDU).
