Oversee compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (CIT, VAT, WHT).
Manage tax filings, tax planning, and Transfer Pricing Documentation .
Partner with regional tax teams and external advisors on audits and regulatory matters.
Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting efficiency .
Ensure data integrity and alignment with regional reporting standards (APAC/Global) .
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team .
