Own day‑to‑day tracking of respective domains/ area's goals, KPIs, and functional scorecards and continuously improve core PMO artifacts including KPIs dashboards, monthly business performance reports, RAID logs, and executive leadership packs
Monitor operational metrics, including tech, financial, risk, vulnerability, and delivery performance.
Convert insights into recommended actions and follow up to ensure closure.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance packs for Executives (QBR, CEO Updates, Group Executive Updates, etc.).
Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with strong presentation development (PowerPoint, storytelling).
High analytical ability with experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards.
Strong organisational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and constant change.
Strong familiarity with technology delivery processes (Agile, dev cycles, release management, risk/vulnerability lifecycle), with the ability to interpret engineering metrics and ask the right questions.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive executive information with discretion and trust.
Preferred
Consulting background is a strong advantage.
Experience in working overseas (Australia, etc.) is preferred
Experience in digital transformation, enterprise operations, tech, or banking is a plus.
Experience in working with AI technology, ability to build dashboard using PowerBI or Excel.

This role acts as an integrator across teams, using data, structured governance, and strong stakeholder engagement to help functions deliver their goals efficiently and consistently.
