Requirements

  • ▪ Preferred: Two years of residency, including a one-year specialty residency in critical care OR
  • ▪ Preferred: One year of general residency plus two years of current direct-patient care in critical care OR

  • ▪ Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) certified or expected within 3 years of starting the position.
  • ▪ **Eligibility for licensure requires submission of application for Pharmacy License at time of hire**
  • ACLS - obtain within 365 days of hire
