- Strong understanding of electrification, energy distribution systems & digital solutions
- Experience in data center, industrial, or large building projects is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to influence specifications in early project phases, ideally in collaboration with design firms or consultants
- Experience with design tools and specification software is an advantage
- Fluent in Finnish and strong English language skills
