Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification a plus
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proven history of operational enhancement and improvements through employee engagement
Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills.
Demonstrated team-building talent and firsthand critical thinking skills.
Ability to achieve results individually and as a member of a team.
