Learn more at Railserve Job Description The Assistant Site Leader is responsible for working alongside the Site Leader to coordinate and support employees engaged in rail switching, railcar movement, transloading, track maintenance, railcar repair, in-plant trucking, and other industrial rail services. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe operations, supporting workforce development, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met. This position provides hands-on operational leadership in a fast-paced industrial environment and supports scheduling, employee training, reporting, operational coordination, and safety compliance activities. The Assistant Site Leader also helps oversee day-to-day operations while serving as a leadership resource for crews working throughout the site. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, organized, and comfortable leading teams in active industrial environments. Previous rail operations and leadership experience are preferred.
