Bring your energy to Aggreko as the Nordics Credit Controller, based in Malmo, Sweden. You will proactively manage credit control, financial processes and reporting for customers and internal teams, ensuring compliance and optimising collection operations. Uninterrupted energy. We keep our customers' worlds running - from world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities that have relied on us for decades. What you will do as a Credit Controller: Conduct weekly credit control calls for all customers in collaboration with the Nordics sites. Organise monthly debtor meetings with depots, agents and project teams; prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on actions and deadlines. Check the credit limit for all customers before rentals and monitor it on a weekly basis. Monitor advance payments and credit limits for customers with approved credit within the agent's territory. Prepare, propose, justify and post bad debt write-offs and doubtful debts on a monthly basis. Perform credit checks on new customers and assist in defining credit limits. Review accrued revenue and deferred income and update the related balance sheet accounts. Prepare weekly reports on incoming cash flow forecasts. Prepare monthly reports on trade receivables, including but not limited to: accounts receivable ageing, movements in bad debt reserves and the Risk Report.
