They work to ensure satisfaction by balancing the quality of service and speed of response. Employee Benefits Advocates respond to incoming inquiries regarding employee benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans, etc. Employee Benefits Advocates also support our account service teams with claim inquiries and other miscellaneous tasks.
